Just checked the forecast for Beatrice, the nearest town to our hunting camp. The low Sunday morning is forecast to be 55, in the valley where our camp is I bet it gets even cooler!

Damn, I had to stop in the ghetto in Mobile to get $1.98. Atmore sounds friendlier.

Picked up my jeep from my mechanic buddy he put in a new clutch kit with the slave cylinder, replaced front axle seals, rear transfer case seal, rear pinion seal and got the rear lights wired correctly so the tag light works plus 4 new shocks and he fabricated an upper mount for one of the rear shocks. I bought the parts and he charged me $250 for his labor a real bargain. Drove the 25+ miles for his place back to my home with the jeep running great, 4 miles from home it backfired for the first time and did it again 3 or 4 more times before I got home. Tomorrow I'll look it over and run a compression check on the cylinders and figure out what to do with it. Thought I was back to Jeep=Just Explore Every Path instead it's

Mayweather v Berto is pretty boring. I couldn't imagine paying to go see his fights.

Ever wonder why Republicans want voter ID.?

    * In 59 voting districts in the Philadelphia region, Obama received 100% of the votes with not even a single vote recorded for Romney. (A mathematical and statistical impossibility).

    * In 21 districts in Wood County Ohio, Obama received 100% of the votes where GOP inspectors were illegally removed from their polling locations - and not one single vote was recorded for Romney. (Another statistical impossibility).

    * In Wood County Ohio, 106,258 voted in a county with only 98,213 eligible voters.

    * In St. Lucie County, FL, there were 175,574 registered eligible voters but 247,713 votes were cast.

    * The National SEAL Museum, a polling location in St. Lucie County, FL had a 158% voter turnout.

    * Palm Beach County, FL had a 141% voter turnout.

    * In one Ohio County, Obama won by 108% of the total number of eligible voters.

NOTE: Obama won in every state that did not require a Photo ID and
lost in every state that did require a Photo ID in order to vote. Imagine that.....

I finally heard back from the IT department toward the end of last week and they're getting me a new phone. I've had this one for over 2 years and it's been giving me some small (but highly irritating) problems the last few months. It finally came to a head when I was up in North AL trying to help out everyone after my wife's grandmother passed away and my phone just locked up when I needed to quickly get in touch with her.

Yeah, that's what happened to mine. It started freezing up, then auto dialing random people in my contact list. I still can't believe Verizon finally broke down and gave me a phone and its excellent. Just much cleaner operating setup, more responsive, thinner but a bigger screen. This is the first phone I've ever had that pleases me. Had a friend order an awesome cover for it along with a glass instead of plastic screen protector.

That's good to hear. Mine hasn't started dialing random people, but it freezes up or starts responding very slowly about once a day. About every 3 days, it locks up so bad that I have to pull the battery. There have also been a few times when it started getting very hot to the touch, so I had to pull the battery those times as well.

About 3 weeks ago, I did a thorough clean up on the phone and deleted pretty much everything I don't use on a very regular basis, just to see if that would help. It cleared up a lot of space, but didn't help any of the problems.

I've been test running Clean Sweep on one of my Android tablets and so far it helps a lot with freeze ups and such. The tablet is also running cooler and it solved the number one irritating problem I was experiencing: I'm a fast typist and I could outrun the processor resulting in missing letters, misspelling and auto correct doing funky stuff.

I gave Jogan my old phone for his daughter after I did a hard reboot. I played with it a little and seemed to be working right again. Need to message him to see if it's working right.

what type of phone do you have? if you can access the recovery program on the phone you can clear you cache and that will really help a phone.

I use CCleaner on phones too to clear out junk.

if you shut down your phone all the way, hold down the volume up button, the big button on the front and then hold power. all at the same time while its booting up keep all three pressed and it will take you to a recovery screen. you should see a option to wipe SYSTEM CACHE. and then you can reboot. i do that to my phones every so often to clear out clutter. it wont delete anything important. Do cache only!
