Is it for Biden only or would that transfer to the appointed Democratic candidate? This could get really good or really ugly for us. If he's not fit to run, he's not fit to be President now. How will all that shake out? Surely they wouldn't want Kamala to be President now.

We don’t really vote for a candidate. We vote for a delegate who “pledges” to vote for the candidate of our choosing. There was a guy from my hometown who was a delegate for some democratic nominee. He voted for his momma at the convention and made national news.

The reality is one man doesn’t equal one vote. The party elite of both parties make the decisions.
