Just as sears and trigger packs are registered as machine guns (when in and of themselves they don't shoot ammo or go bang) and moved from receiver to receiver and take precedence over the length of the bbl, the brace is a SBR conversion device and moveable from receiver to receiver. When on a receiver, you can put whatever bbl on it.

I do not know. Apparently the same brace may be ok on one weapon, but if moved to another, or if fixed focal length scope is applied or removed the SBR status might change. I am really confused. If it is just the brace and they serial number it, I can live with that.
Need to see what happens after the comment period is over. Maybe it will be clearer.

Also a large number of people say they will flatout refuse to be obey choosing to be become felons if they get caught. Just how many people can they arrest, try, and sentence?

Explain. I assume you mean to avoid felon status you do it and yes of course when one passes a repressive law, it is designed to frighten people into submission. Ultimately just about any law with a penalty is so intended. Coercion for sure.
What is you solution? Some say they will KILL the first fed that crosses their threshold to enforce it.

If they just have a brace, they do not have a serial number of a gun. A brace can fit a bolt rifle, lever action, or just about anything.
I think they will want more information.

Not necessarily, with a can you just have that paperwork that matches it, can put it on whatever weapon you want.

SBR to my understanding that serial number for that receiver is what is only allowed to be built as one, because it's on the paperwork registered for that.

With a typical warrant they are coming in regardless of your presence or not and if in the house you will likely be restrained or at least under some control. it is safer for you not to be present. Harder to shoot you if you are not handy. Your dogs will typically be gunned down.

I have such lined up. After AR-etc with detachable magazines, I have fixed magazine rifles like the garand and SKS, then lever action guns.
when they came for my AR, I said I have a garand. When the came for my garand, I said I have a winchester. Then they came for my winchester and I was legally disarmed since they had seized all of my registered weapons.

People are only seeing what might happen from one viewpoint. There are serious contradictions within the democratic party. Biden's and his hidden big money supporters do not necessarily get along that well with the left wing of the party. Already the leftists under AOC are trying to push elderly whites like Pelosi and Schumer our of house and senate leadership roles. Biden has promised to tax the super, super rich and that will never happen. He will as usual tax the us and the smaller business man. The socialist wing under Sanders will be making demands. Gun control will also apply most like to antifa.
I plain see a lot of big trouble for the future.
Beside ammo, it will likely be a good idea to store other vital supplies.

That is the only way that I would do it. Making it a full sbr on the lower, not a registered brace...
