I pulled all sorts of stuff out of the freezer to grill last night. Ended up (from top, clockwise) with an elk steak sandwich, a Nathan's beef hot dog, venison tenderloin stuffed with a snack stick and wrapped in bacon, and an elk snack stick on a piece of bred (ran out of hot dog buns).

Would love to hear some new recipes that are healthy cooking!

lunch today was all veggies from my garden. peppers , red tomato with yellow squash , one zucchini , green tomato medley cooked in one tablespoon of EVOO [ extra virgin olive oil ] and one tablespoon of yellow corn meal. very low oil for a fried food but still has the great taste. grew everything myself except for the onion.
dinner was Deer cooked in 1 teaspoon of EVOO and the rest of the onion from lunch sauteed with mushrooms in 1 teaspoon of butter and added to my low fat brown gravy and topped over the Deer meat.

Sh...t My belly still hurts! Very nice meeting ya Frank finally.
I have had pig cooked many many different ways, and its tough to get wild pork tender AND juicy AND to have a great taste. Frank has it down pat. And my herd of pooches are chowing down on the bones right now.
