I stopped at the bait shop and got some catfish fillets. No meat stick involved.

I hope they are good. I bought some NY Strip steaks from Publix a few weeks ago and they were some of the toughest steaks I have ever tried to eat.

Ever since I went to a steakhouse in Pawnee, OK and found out what a real steak is like I haven't been satisfied with one possible exception: Those Filet Mignons they sell in the blister pack at Wally World. Believe it or not those things are amazing.
