That is most definitely an SBR
My understanding a tennis ball on the end of a tube or even a wad of masking tape could be considered an SBR

Would have thought this to be the ultimate compliant gun but upon a second look it has one of those mega capacity ammo bullet holders.
And if you take parts off it’s considered “modified”

Nothing wrong with being carful for yourself and your family. Had a few friends take advantage of the free SBR option.

Personally, Im super happy that we have a substantial ruling.

None by me. I was now able to install 2 real rifle stocks…they look and feel better than the clunky braces that came with the firearms.

Yes I could have put rifle stocks after paying $200 tax per firearm.

Not without paying the Tax. The "Free" tax stamp was worth it to a lot of people who wanted one anyway.
