^^^^^^^ So the remedy is to stop writing about WuFlu on social media, right? We've got 570 Posts just in this Thread and there's more threads here. We've discussed it for weeks because we're repsponsible and concerned adults. However, I can understand that it doesn't even come up on non-caring Millennials radar until it directly rains on some part of their tiny parade. That and there are more of them whose entire World revolves around their social media connections.
Listed #1, Bay County, Fl has had a very slow progression to 72 confirmed case and three spread out deaths. So, five new confirmed cases in one day would be a "Spike". A couple days with 5, 10 or 20 new Case would be a real Spike for us. It could happen here since I seen a lot of grouping with out any preventive measures and as of tonight midnight: PCB beaches will fully reopen with distancing and group size limits of 10.
I'll read the "numbers" while on the couch as usual. Lol

Bay County, while under Quarantine for the prior 30 days had 68 more Confirmed Case (youngest 2, oldest 96) and 5 deaths. Of persons Tested, 5% were Positive. They just opened the Beach and most businesses supposedly using social distancing. I declined a couple Post Lockdown Party invites and I am going to continue the "remain at home schedule".
On the bright side, my "hobby funds" have increased significantly without the other reoccurring leisure expenditures. Lol.

My wife and I have been saving about $75-$90 per week simply NOT going out to eat.
My gas usage is about the same. Have traded scouting and hunting for making the rounds of the gun shops,Academy,etc,etc.
Have been doing more selling than buying of guns so have gained a little there.
Don't smoke or drink but have been brewing sweet tea and cold brewed coffee by the pitchers full . . . daily. --- SAWMAN

I’m in the same boat as you two, I’ve been going through a gallon of tea a day. I have a lathe and mill and have threaded several rifles that I probably won’t ever shoot with a suppressor, cut the dove tail and re install the front sight on several rifles that had been shortened in the past.I’m running out of things that I want to do. I’ll continue to self isolate a while longer and hope that this mess will take a turn for the better.

Bright side the casinos are closed. Using that money for toys and home improvements. Moved my fence back 25 feet, trimming limbs etc. Been scouting for more wild flowers/ bushes for the wife to put in the yard. Got my utv tuned up and painted, got the speed up to 18mph now, dont need it that fast but I can move if needed!
It could that there will be a vaccine by Jan. This will not really be over until everyone has immunity either by being infected or vaccinated. It remains to be seen how the election turns out.
As an elderly person I will stay away from others.
It we get hit a second time during the Nov elections, it could be that Trump looses. So much might happen and it is difficult to predict exactly what it will be.
I will continue to go shooting on weekly basis, work on my place, and other things. I will also prepare for an assault weapons ban in Jan if Biden wins

Two of Bay County's five WuFlu deaths have been reclassified. The two were "Positive" but that was not the true Cause of their demise. We can surmise that in areas with a substantially higher volume of deaths, those statistics also defaulted to a causation as WuFlu without a full postmortem due to urgencies regarding space, contamination and final disposal. The data counters don't track contributing factors.
Wife showed me some FB pics of our friends and their businesses and places they've been at. Seems they're mostly brain dead (ages 20's to 60's) from "stay at home isolation". They didn't retain or apply personal safety sense. If these snapshots reflect the current bigger picture: the Second Wave is going to be a real Bitch!

its a $$$ Game at this point. 13k for a case admission 39k when put on ventilator paid to hospital from the usg. Doctors being pushed to file all deaths as covid etc. From the internet for what that's worth.
