I "Think" you can flip this door so it will swing either left or right...depending on whether you need it to swing in or out .

Home Depot carries a door like this one Cost $ 359.00 without any locks.....list as weighting 91 pounds...This one feels heavier...It is solid

NO KEY TO LOCKS.....I was told you could use standard locking knobs and deadbolts on this door...

It is 79 1/2 inches tall.....35 1/2 inches wide....Would be classified as a standard 3/0 door.....
Some "Surface" rust..nothing major ...integrity of steel solid.....I have brushed some of it off....You Prime and paint it......Good to go !!!
