spent some quality range time today with my p229 dak... I've been working on the dry fire like crazy and it's really paying off. Jeep has felt the trigger and it's a horrible trigger but at 15 yards i'm actually getting good groups these days. Feels good to see the time i'm putting aside to dry firing pay off. Also, don't forget to take your hearing protection off when you leave the range. Stopped to get gas and someone let me know i still had my ears on...just trying to be tacticool and ready for any threat lol.

Hit the range for a bit and worked on multiple targets, reloads and transitions.


Two targets, 2-3 meters apart one round on each in 1.55 seconds. I'm getting there slowly.

Didn't get out to the range like I wanted to this morning. Did order a sling and all the attachment hardware to mount onto one of my rifles. Hopefully get my scope ordered this week too.

Got to shoot the 15/22 today and really worked it. Shot much better than I ever hoped it would. Made me proud. Scope that will O makes the world of diffrence, Had to take the first one back.

Ordered the extended scope mount Friday evening and it was delivered today. That's the second time I've ordered from Kinney's Shooting Supply and I've been pleased both times.

I have had similar shipping experiences with Wing Tactical and Damage Industries. They have turned into 2 of the first sites I check when I need to order AR stuff just because there processing tikes have been awesome.

Received my letter of authentication for the S&W New Model 3 today. It left the factory in 1882, with a five inch barrel, nickle finish, and hard rubber grips. It was sent to a dealer in NY City as one in a lot of 5 revolvers, where the wood grips were possible installed. Really glad I took the chance on buying it ! :cheer2:
