My wife can't understand why I wage war on squirrels, possums, and armadillos.
I just got a brick of Aguila Super Colibri. Now she doesn't even know that I'm shooting them. In spite of the warning on the box about not using them in rifles, they shoot just fine out of an old 1940s Mossberg target rifle. They are making me have second thoughts about buying a suppressor. Of course, they are pretty wimpy past about 20 yards.

I understand about the colibri's.... I tried them and cci cb-longs, there both good within 20yrds as you say.

have you ever tried the cci quiets in LR ?? there good for about 30-50 yrds with BD compensation.
they don't just fly off in any direction like the others.

the quiets are about 50% louder but the accuracy is worth it.

my grandson's 1400fps pellet rifle is much louder than the quiets even using standard pellets to 1000fps........ its crazy !!!

I picked up a box of CCI Quiets but the only thing I have tried them in so far is a Ruger 22/45 pistol. They shoot fine but will not cycle which is stated on the box. I'll try them in my bolt action rifle one day.

I put them through my savage bolt action. They didn't reach my target at 100 yards. Which was expected. But yes. Very quiet even without a suppressor

I converted my 650 from 9mm to .40 yesterday, then finally got to the range with my chrono after work today. Once I tested the 5 different loads, I adjusted the powder measure, loaded up some primer tubes and made a few rounds. It took a couple small tweaks to get everything perfected, but now I've got it ready to rock and roll tomorrow afternoon.

I've been looking into a Mr. Bullet Feeder. Anyone have any experience with one? Is it worth the $$$?

FINALLY!!!!!!!..made it out to the range..got to go to Pensacola rifle/pistol club..I think that's what it's called..I haven't shot anything in about a year..man was I rusty..did mostly plinking and realized that I needed to remember the basics..the range wasn't bad but it kinda threw me off that you had to bring your own target holders..glad I was someone's guest ..but even at a private range some tard started handling his gun while it was cold and people were putting out targets..overall good experience and hopefully it won't take me another year to go back.

Got a new, never fired, Remington 870 in 20g today so cheap it would piss you off. I really think I want to do the bullpup conversion some guys were talking about a while back. Can't remember the name of the kit. What was it?

None. He already sold Cornholio, and he's keeping the CZ since that "1911" isn't idpa legal.

    Not even in ESP?

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk

No, the Tanfo and STI both have full length dust covers. The only way they could be shot in IDPA is if they meet all the other requirements for SSP (these don't, because they're SAO). The CZ SP-01 is legal for SSP or ESP even though it has an extended dust cover, because it can be shot DA/SA.

I thought ESP allowed sao? Para 8.2.2.1.6.1 in the IDPA bible gives the start condition for SAO ESP.

I just saw that measurement in the other paragraph.
So the CZ 75B SA would be close.
