Hi Ray! My apologies for not being clear. I was referencing the number of Thai restaurants in that area. Wanted to take my wife to Foxy Boutique and the British Pedlar, and see our old house. As luck would have it she was able to reconnect with a friend she had lost touch with, and I was able to say hello to our former neighbor so it was great. Tonight we grilled DelMarVa chicken and Cornish hens. Sides were potatoes, sauerkraut salad and cucumber/onion salad. Hope everyone had a good peaceful evening and may God bless all of you.

Arepas! Parboiled corn flour. So easy to make. They use them like a biscuit and a sandwich. I lived in venezuela for a few years and fell in love with the food. They arent as pretty as my ex used to make them. Stuffed them with tuna salad. Didnt have a tomato.

Had to sail a ship at 0300. Came home and napped. Started prepping. Put the turkey in a wet brine. Cooked a pumpkin down and made gf pie crust for the wife. Made the dressing.

    SHARE THE RECIPE PLEASE
Yes sir - sausage of your choice, cook until done, add bacon grease, I use about a tablespoon full, cook that in, add your flour and cook that in, lower your heat and add your milk, I use a little more than I think I need, then cook it down while stirring. Once it thickens to your liking, add black pepper. Some folks use salt but I never do. Enjoy!
