Anyone ordered from PSA lately?

Starting another build and I wanted to try one of their LPKs. Ive read a lot of good reviews on them and for $59.99 ( Comes with MOE grip and enhnaced trigger guard) I think its a steal. Ive ordered from them in the past and never had a problem with receiving my order in a timely manner, but Ive also heard some horror stories. Anyone have any problems with them recently?

Never had any problems, just slow shipping. Ordered a lpk and pepr mount early last week from them. Got the mount in Monday, lpk hasn't shipped yet.

OD green MOE PSA kit for a friend's build. I was going to order the mount anyway and got him to split shopping with me.

How do you like the PEPR? With the coupon code and rebate it's a damn good deal. But was unsure of the quality.

I haven't used the new QD one. I have another on my 6.8, though. I like it, but it's not light by any means.

I've used PSA, DPMS, CMMG, etc. Never had any issues with DPMS LPK and seem to have a decent trigger compared to the others.

PSA stuff is good and I've used their LPKs and CMMG LPKs and from now on will spend the extra $10 to get the cmmg. I think their parts have just a bit better finish and the trigger they include had a bit cleaner brake. But mainly its only $10 more and I'm getting them locally so id rather support a local businesses. But they are both quality kits for sure and I am going to do more businesses with PSA

Yes bought a gun from last week. Trying to get a hold of compliance was near impossible . After. 3 days and like 6 hours on hold they connected my ffl to my order and said they are busy they'll try to get it out in the next week

With PSA, make the order and forget about it. Might show up that week, might show up next month. Might show up with extra stuff in the box, might show up twice! If you do have to make a return, it is generally a huge hassle. If you are ordering something you need by a definite date, look elsewhere.

Credentials: I have spent well over 15K with them this year. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes not. Just hope like hell you don't have to call them. And if you do, prepare to hold, for an hour.

I have spent a few thousand there myself, this year. I don't understand all the complaints about customer service. Maybe I've just been lucky. I've had to call about a missing parts a couple of times, once about an upper I ordered, but I have never had to hold for more than two or three minutes. I will say there shipping is a little slow, but they admit that right up front. I'll be ordering more from them in the future.

Their customer service has been good, with the exception of getting refunds (my fault for misordering) none the less I had to make multiple calls to get the $$ back. I've waited for as long as ~20 minutes to talk to someone in the past but I always seem to end up getting this younger guy named Cody who is great, and has really helped me out with some orders.

The only thing that irks me is that they charge you up front, and then you wait for your order... they don't charge at the time of shipping.

I wanted to update this: I ordered on 7/22 and the lpk is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, 8/5. 2 full weeks.
