I keep a little Taurus Model 22NBR for a tiny gun.
Feeds the cheap Remington bulk ammo the best so far. The Federal bulk stuff it didn't like as much. Of course i have an old Marlin tube fed rifle that only likes the Federal stuff.

I bought a S&W 22A last Christmas at Mike's for $199 NIB. Got it to introduce the wife to handguns. She loves it and it is surprisingly accurate. Loves everything you feed it and as usual, every hiccup was due to ammo, not the gun. I know it's not a Buckmark or Ruger but for 2 bills you can't beat it.
