Had to make use of the last frozen pre-made hamburger patty prepared Hawaiian Loco Moco style. As it was breakfast it was more traditional with eggs on top. Food critics, please forgive plating order disparity; but no matter how plated it soon looks like pic 2 and goes down just as well! LOL
Staring in tonight's dinner, and tomorrows in another form, a beef tri-tip roast. Narrow part was sliced up and marinated in wife's homemade beef bulgogi (Korean version of Teriyaki) for tonight. The larger section will be a pot roast tomorrow with the usual veggies.
Whole wheat angel hair pasta with Newman's Italian Sausage and Peppers sauce with added meatballs (Momma Lucia's). Have to have angel hair more often, it holds sauce GREAT!
