I am looking forward to seeing the wood furniture build. That should look nice! I'm going to pick up the last few remaining pins and springs I need today to start my very first build tomorrow!

Not today, but yesterday, I sighted in my BCM truck gun. What a great shooting little gun! However, sighting it in was a huge pain in the ass. It usually takes me 5-10 rounds to sight in a gun, but yesterday I did realize that my sight might be starting to go. I can no longer see 223 holes in shoot-n-see targets at 25 yards. It took me 25 rounds to get a warm feeling sight in at 25 yards. Yeah! That bad!!!

Nope. I shoot at 25, aiming for POI -1.5" vs POA. Then 3 rounds at 100 to confirm.
I need to be able to see 25yd holes. 100 would be nice but by no means necessary. I can still see 9mm~.30cal holes at 25 though.

Right you are. Besides dumping red-hot brass on guys at a range, shutting the range down every 5 minutes to Walmart k diwn range to look at a target is a great way to get a bad rep at a range. Really suggest you get a spotting scope that will pick up 22 caliber holes at least at 200 yards.

Put together a 10.5" upper... then sat there for 10 minutes trying to figure out why a barrel under 16" on a lower with a stock is somehow deserving of a $200 tax stamp, or prison time...

Got done with putting an ATI adjustable stock on my Stevens 320. Went to the range and tested it out...put everything from birdshot, 00 and some of the Talon's through it....really can't tell if it minimized the felt recoil...but the cheek rest and the adjustable stock is really nice. Anyway...blowing stuff up with this shotgun is pretty fun.

Picked up a Shield 9 for my mother in law this afternoon and grabbed 1 or 2 boxes of .223 for myself. Anyone ever use thearmory.com before? This will be my fourth or fifth time for me and I am very impressed with the company. Super fast shipping and the best prices I have seen for bulk brass (wolf) .223 in awhile.
