6.8 SPCII Owners Thread

That should be a tack driver. There are a thread or 2 over at the 6.8 forum on bolt 6.8's and they are lusted for, it can be reamed to a SPCII. Everyone was talking about one on outdoortrader recently. I think you will really like it, great snag!

They did make one in 6.8 but it wasn't SPC II.

I had such bad luck w the accuracy of the mini 30, I have never tried the 14 and the AR is accurate, so there you go.

If I had an unlimited amount of money and a lot of room to store guns, I might have picked one up for the novelty, but I don't so all my weapons have to be reliable hunting machines. Therefore, I'll never own one in this lifetime unless somebody wants to give one to me.

I don't know if it was the 580 series but if all you are going to use it for is 50 yard shots on hogs out of a blind I think it would be fine. I forget what years it said they were made but I don't think that cal was as popular as it is now with hog and deer hunters.

It was 2007. I would bet one with the new barrel contour would shoot a bunch better. My recently made Mini-14 Ranch shoots just fine.

Well one hog and one yote so far. Excellent accuracy and flawless functioning.

I love the ace stock better than all my other AR's. I have one on my 6.8 and my 358. I'm going to get another one for my next build
