This is an original WW2 Japanese type 99 Arisaka wood stock. This stock would be a great candidate to restore an arisaka that has been sporterized or to upgrade your old stock. As you can see from the pictures, it is possibly one of the scarce 2 piece stocks, or it may have been duffle cut by the veteran who brought it home, as the end of the forend is aged and straight cut…this stock is original and has not been restored, it’s in the original condition that it came out of the veteran’s estate. Great deal if you are looking for an Arisaka stock!
