Went into Mike's Gunshop this AM. They had a short supply of ammo,however some of the sought after stuff. Limited as to reloading supplies. Some AR's including some chambered in 308/7.62X51. They must still be ANTI 6.8 cuz they still had none of these. Supply and demand I guess. They had one MINI-14 in this chambering BEFORE the SHTF ..... it quickly disappeared along with the other black rifles. Nice to see some black guns again.
A "nice" supply of the MagPul stuff(shit,they should have a ATM next to that display board). Of course everything with the "TACTICAL" name on it. The gross-out of the "experience" was one of them small little adaptors that fit on a pic rail that you can snap a sling on. It was in a package about half the size of a pack of cigs. COST $45.00. I do believe that I has a little vomit arrive in the back of my throat(eating at Waffle House probably didn't help the situation either).
On a good note..the guys there like(damn near love)GCGF. They hate that "other" forum that starts with a "Pee". They all know Ian. Had one guy tell me that he spends tons of money in there. (Probably for the(new word coined here)"tacticality" of the place.
Anyway didn't buy a damn thing. Left my ATM card at home. --- SAWMAN
