Wtb revolver for my father in laws retirement

My father in law is getting to retire from the state and we want to buy him a gun for a present. He had a stroke about 5 years ago so is pretty much limited to one arm. He likes to shoot revolvers with his good arm. He prefers cowboy type guns but really anything that he can pull the trigger or double action. It doesn't have to be mint condition, just a shooter. I'm not looking for any specific caliber but something on the bigger size. I would like to keep it around $200 - $300 or so. Thanks
