That's an interesting scenario. I think unless he was armed and/or he continued to pound on her after you told him to stop, you'd have to explain yourself in a trial or law suit. Especially since every action you take will be second guessed by people watching the video tape without audio. I am no lawyer, just guessing. He at least deserves getting the shit best out of him.

It made national news too. They were talking about it on Lex and Terry this morning and trying to set up a charity donation for her.
