Any minor that kills a parent with a gun most likely got the gun from one of the parent's carelessness with securing guns and ammo in the house. The last kid is an example of boys growning up without a father figure to provide discipline from a young age. I would say 99% of these kids would have turned out fine with good parents who practiced good discipline since they were very young. What I see these days is kids throwing tantrums and the parents doing nothing to discipline them, why wouldn't they continue their bad behavior as they got older.

been tired of hearing about ADHD, when i was growing up, no one i knew was on meds, no one had peanut , gluten, seafood/shellfish allergies either....

we had ass whoppings to take care of the ADHD crap. and no tv or going out, or using the phone ...

Add to that the fact that word has gotten around that parents can pull a monthly "disability" check for them if they but fail to raise their child... might want to set some of that money aside for any potential future mass-destruction events, though.

my mother made my brother pick the switch, for me, and i picked it for him.... when it was his turn. i am sure we both got whippings the other deserved, but he left this world 23 years ago, also without a criminal record....

God bless her. never thought i would advocate whippings for kids, (when i was young), but as i got older, i saw the wisdom in it.
