i finally got around to going thru my 5.56 and separating the m193 from the m855. i know, heresy. i like to put my greentips in stripper clips and bandoliers...make my own battlepacks. i also picked up a Leupod VX-3HD 4.5-14X50MM scope. took advantage of gulf coast guns' tax holiday

Re-sighted my Savage 300 Blk pistol from 35 yd to 50 yd. Turns out it only needed 1 click up. Kendive used his new Garmin chronograph to see what my 3.3gr Bullseye 108gr frangible were doing. We then easily smacked cans at 50 yd. Was shooting 1” at 50 yd…pretty good for pulled frangibles.

Note 1: My load was designed to be subsonic and has proven accurate in a myriad of firearms.

Note 2: If the photo is enlarged you can see a small pic rail on the end of the chassis. If the whole pistol brace thing finally blows away, I might put a brace on it to see how that works.

The MAC 11/Nine means 9MM. With the Lage upper I can use 32 RND STEN mags and 72 RND SUOMI drums. The drum mags are fun to do a mag dump. You think you will never runout of bullets.
Ok, I didn't know if it was a caliber change upper. I had a powder springs m10 in .45 years ago. Just too heavy! Missed an open bolt on here a few years ago. Dang it.

Lage really gave new life to the MAC's. As a straight MAC the fun factor is low. Lage uppers slow down the rate of fire and make the handling much better. Lage also makes a 556 upper for MAC's. My option, Lage is responsible for biggest increase in price of MAC's.
