When Cheney used to come here to Quail hunt, SS was on the roof of the airport (highest point for 100s of yards..I have seen them in ghillie on 4 wheelers in the woods...they generally cover them pretty well. Hard to believe they missed that roof.

The ones at the Carter Compound are great too. I remember once they called for support when I was out on the road. I told them I had a weapon with me. I was told, "That's fine, just make sure you leave it in the truck," They made me park my rig in a different spot than usual and walk to them. Carter wasn't there either I found out after I arrived.

If it was a pro hit I’d expect a bolt action with a single shot to the chest with a heavier AP round. Clearly was a semi auto, he fired several rounds quickly and I’m guessing it was a 223 caliber with basic FMJ , hence President Trump didn’t have the ear ripped completely off. If he was a legit sniper that should be a kill shot at that distance easily, 200m is nothing.

I agree. I don’t think he will turn out to be a legit sniper. Looks like he was going for the headshot (too many video games/movies maybe?) and didn’t make it. I will say that a 200m headshot on a person who is turning their head addressing a crowd is no easy shot.
