In areas with weak to no signal, do both your phone and camera need cell signal? Say your camera had no signal but you can climb up higher and get a cell signal for your phone, then does the camera connect with your phone or do both need to be connected to cell signal?

No the camera is like a cell phone. Transmits pics via 4g. If I move the antenna up it may get better reception.

You'd be surprised at what's in your neighborhood. I call it, "gamecam safari". Lots of fun.

    Turkey vultures.
They sheet and regurgitate on anything and everything.
Protected bird. Wish they were not. Waaaaaay too many around.
We kill a 180lb hog, take just the backstraps, move him to a area where the land owner wants them to go. 8-10 of these birds get on the carcuss. Gone in three days.
    Coyotes barely have a chance.
Leave in the open so they can come in from above and they will take care of the unwanted meat.
BTW - -> these vultures have a extremely keen sence of smell. Some say, > 2 miles. But those are the older guys so you probably should not believe them. --- SAWMAN
