lol if you aren't already in a mindset of non-compliance and trying to convince everyone around you that enough is enough, you are part of the problem. Reach out to law enforcement friends. Make law enforcement friends. Make sure they know the ins and outs of this. Make sure they understand that they are breaking their oath if the support this or try to enforce it if the definition changes. If you are going to register your firearms as an NFA item, talk about losing them in a boating accident, or are trying to offload them to someone else to avoid trouble, you probably weren't cut out to fight against tyranny to begin with.

Exactly the problem. My Colt and S&W pistols don't need a brace, and they fire pistol ammo.

You're missing the point. Just because you don't own it doesn't mean you shouldn't fight it. Your Colt and S&W pistols might get labeled assault pistols next year. I don't own either of those brands but I'll fight tooth and nail for you to own them freely and without constraint. Will you do the same for the millions who own pistol braces because if you won't, you are part of the problem.

I would fight for SBR's not to be NFA, but I won't fight for tricks to circumvent law. And I do own one, but I still have not used the "brace" as a brace.

How is a pistol brace circumventing the law? Let's say that it was circumventing the law. By stating you would fight for SBRs to be non-NFA, are you not legitimizing this fight? If that is the whole point of pistol braces (which it isn't), then by defending their use you are fighting against SBR laws no? All gun laws are infringements. Plain and simple. When you seem to support making felons out of millions of law abiding citizens because "My pistols don't have that problem" you spit in my face and those who are tired of overreach. I have the same passion you do We need someone bigger than us to stand up. Like Escambia county to Miami Dade. Police chiefs need to have press releases on the evening news that they will not enforce rulings.

That is sad that so few understand and want to fight for the true intent of the 2nd Amendment. I guess everyone else is just comfortable getting down on their knees for Daddy Govt. Pretty pathetic.

If theyre allowed to whittle away at a tree, the tree will eventually fall. Changing a definition of something to criminalize it opens a can of worms for everything else. One frog in the pot says to another...
