I saw this mentioned on another thread. I'd definitely like to shoot one. Good price point on it too.

If they can deliver a crisp, clean 3.5# trigger pull, I'll be impressed. Otherwise, they can go into the same pile as the Sig P938, the great little gun that "could" have been.

    I want one.

ETA: In my opinion, I think a 3.5# trigger is a little light for what should be expected. Its primary purpose is a CCW, not a range toy.

I second what Dan has to say about the trigger.

As for muzzle flip/recoil we are talking about a 9mm. If you can't handle a 9mm then your in trouble to begin with. Its really not a super light weight pistol as it only weighs 1.7 oz less then the G26 unloaded. is .41" shorter but it is much thinner.

    Stats Weight 20 oz
    Width .96
    Length 6 inches
    Height 4.5 inches
    Barrel length 3.4

Here is a video on it from shot show & mentions a long, light trigger.

The first time I saw anything about them, I thought they looked real good on paper, but were ugly as sin.
The more I see them, though, the less ugly I find them.

Hmmm... may have to seek one out to see it in person.

I will definitely have 2 of these. I will clean out the safe to do so. They have every feature that's important for carry. This is the pistol I've been waiting for all of my life. Btw, for recoil control, the center of bore needs to be as close to the hand as possible. A Sig doesn't even come close. It doesn't matter if it's 9mm or .45, recoil control = accuracy, getting back on target. You may have to do it with one hand. An injured hand.

Last I saw was $420 MSRP for the basic R51, somthing like $600 for the Crimson Trace version.
Suppose to come with two mags. Additional mags $29.99.

I am interested in this one and the Glock 42. I'm afraid it will be like when the LCP first came out and they will be selling above MSRP for the first year or so. I will wait.

I am looking for CCW pistol and am waiting to try this one.... hopefully "additional dealer markup" or "market value adjustment" isnt an issue...
