Local gun store just told me that multiples are getting approved faster than singles. Next one I do I'll test that theory!

Probably because it lowers their overall approved times by doing batches sooner

The last three of my eight Form 1's arrived. The time to process varied. Dates submitted are between 8 May and 28 May. Some observations. It looks like of the 250,000 free SBR's claimed by the ATF, I had more than my share. How arcane is the ATF operation? Why didn't ATF approve all of my Form 1's once the first one was approve? I had several submitted on one day and most were with two days.

Fourth and last braced pistol approval arrived today. Nothing special, just a 7.5” 5.56 AR type. 7.5” Bear Creek upper on it. Bear just had a sale so I picked up a spare complete 7.5” upper for $156.

Submitted E-Form 4 on 16 Sep. 2022. Called ATF on 30 Aug 2023 as to the status. I was told that the status was pending. That is 11 1/2 months after submitting the E-Form 4. Got an email less than 48 hours after my call sy=tating the the form 4 was approved. As I have said before, so much for the 90 day approval time!

Just got my Form 1 today, only took 22 days. Now got to get some parts.

I e-filed two form 1's and one form 4 back in 2010. The form 1's came back in a couple of weeks, the form 4 took seven and a half months. I just form 4'd a suppressor through Silencer Shops' kiosk, what am I looking at timewise now in 2023? Thanks.

i ordered a switchback on June 26th and it is still on back order. Nothing like adding additional wait time! I keep checking but still no luck.
