I tend to disagree....If it hasn't been fired outside the factory, for all "Practical" purposes its new.

If someone had for sale an unissued M1 Garand in cosmoline from WWII, would it's value be lower because it had an owner between a prospective buyer and the armory? I guess it's a matter of personal preference on firearm pricing. Just my two cents.

A piece of plastic the factory put into the mag well to show there is no mag in the pistol. See photos.

It's a safety mag, but the LC9s will not fire if you drop the mag. So that's also used for dry fire
