That actually scares the hell out of me. Whatever damage he did as AG would pale in comparison to what he could do on the supreme court.

Also heard this morning he is leaving because the deadline for the fast/furious documents to be released is next month after a judge has forced the issue. That actually seems more plausable than a supreme court seat and makes more sense.
He should hang from the nearest solid 10 ft high object...
I know it would never happen, but Trey Gowdy should be the guy to replace him

Trey Gowdy would be a dream come true. Like you said, it would never happen, he's too honest and strict when it comes to the Constitution. If he was in all of the Dems and half of the Repubs would be in prison by Christmas.
