and I got them from palmetto, I think. just got as in the last 2 weeks or so it was after the shooting..I only needed 2 more than what I had as they are not very practical in a G26...Then I found them at MSRP at a local store, 49.95

Thanks Frank for the info. I have mine, and I do plan to sell some at a later date. I want to wait and see what the prices are going to do before I sell any. It's going to be interesting to keep checking MidwayUSA, Natchezs, CDNN, and others to follow pricing and availability and back order status as the political situation continues to evolve. I'm just glad I got mine when I did.

Matt, I've had a single 13 rd. .40 mag on order (which was in stock at the time) since the 28th, and they have not even charged my bank account yet, so that 3-5 day wait may be somewhat conservative.

Just saw an Ebay ad for a single OEM Glock 33 round magazine, which is still listed at Midway for 35 bucks, and the bid was $300. I had to catch my breath. Upon reflection, I have a new Surefire 60 round AR magazine that I suppose I'll let go for $500,at least thats this weeks price. I saw a guy on Phoenix Backpage offering one for trade, willing to take a Glock 17 for it?
One has to wonder; if any serious legislation happens, and these magazines are no longer legal to posess, ya gotta pity the poor sonofabitches that paid these current ridiculous prices....any envy those with the foresight to sell when they did?

I don't know. I'm always leery of any auction where the bid is way above the normal going price. I wouldn't blink at $75 or even $100 but $300 ? Sounds like something is up to me. Schill bidder maybe just to drive the price up.
I don't trust any of those big sellers on the auction sites.
I wouldn't put anything past them.
Midway is still listing them for $35 but they don't have any in stock.
