do what you want,I just felt an obligation to advise anyone to NOT take any chances,im 65,and facing a possible 65 years in prison,just because of being stupid, and not taking the gunshows deadly serious.It can just as easily happen to anyone.You ARE being watched at the shows.

Everyone should always follow the law when it comes to buying and selling. Sorry to hear about your situation. But I would advise you to not discuss anything out in public on this forum as well if you are under investigation etc... You ARE being watched here as well.

sir;the gun laws are very vague,you should not take any chances,I know better than anyone!,,there are those out there who will go to any lengths to jump on any slight mistake u make,I currently am looking at 65 years in prison for an innocent act that I thought nothing of at a show.I once was naieve also.Do what you want,call it false info if you want,,,I just hope you don't find out like I did

From what I hear that's all optional if its a private sale. Just make sure they are of age. and your not breaking laws by not including that information. But if they tell you they are a felon, then you have an obligation to NOT sell to that person
