The Milton show is great,and ran by some great people, being new to this site,I must say be careful,the gunshow laws are very vague,and you may not know you've broken a law,until its too late

From what I hear that's all optional if its a private sale. Just make sure they are of age. and your not breaking laws by not including that information. But if they tell you they are a felon, then you have an obligation to NOT sell to that person

Nope!!! Only need to be 18 in private sale. Don't need to do checks of any kind. But if they give the hint or say something that says they are prohibited, not a resident etc... then you are in hot water. Please don't go around giving out false information. If you want to do those things, that's all fine and dandy. But there is no law requiring it.
