Last night wife and I were discussing dinner, and she said "How about chili?". I told her I was in, but had to test the last tweaks on my recipe since last time I did not have the chopped green chilis I usually use. We agree that the recipe is just about right for us as can be!

I like to bowl it over rice, and dress with fresh diced onion, tomatoes, cheddar, and a bit of sour cream. First ate chili over rice in Hawaii out of the Marine Corps Cafe and roach coach that serviced the drydock 4 area.

Of course, chili last night lead to chili dogs tonight!

False advertising. I've seen more chicken in a 5 piece nugget meal. Guaranteed most of the "17 g protein per can" comes from the rice

Smoking beef is great. I once smoked a whole beef tenderloin. So juicy and delicious, and a perfect med rare in the center. I did NOT share any of it other than with the wife! LOL
