Got my absentee ballot in yesterday's mail. So now to go through the revisions with referencing a couple of sources to find out how much of the plain English required is dog facies disused as a Porterhouse by the description. Learned long ago that Plain English means half, thirds or quarter truths. If they can not hide the intent in mumbo jumbo, they will just lie.
Judges; I read their decisions, then vote to keep them or not, not real hard to check on these folks for any over reach or making trying to make law from the bench.

What's this? Another "election denier"??? :)

"Lichtman claims he correctly predicted 2000 election

Lichtman has maintained he was correct in 2000 and Al Gore won the election over George W. Bush."

    https://www.usatoday.com/story/grap...tion-prediction-system-explained/75352476007/

A note on his assertion that the ballots of Blacks and Whites were not "rejected equally" in Florida in 2000:

Ballots should not be rejected on the basis of the voter's race, but rather on the basis of whether the ballot meets the legal requirements. If that results in "inequities", so be it.

But focus now on what he is asserting: 24 years after the 2000 election, we still don't know the "truth"! Totally vindicates my position on 2020, which was only four years ago! :D

Remember: The democrat position on 2020 is: The fact that Biden was inaugurated proves he "won"... just the opposite of their take on 2000.
