It would be good to have a group there. Might get to see a bunch of you guys again. Won't hurt my pride if I don't win,It would just make me pratice more LOL
That sounds like fun. Let's recruit some more peeps. Although, if Beaux's place is open, I'd be open to going there, might also get more people out since it's in town.
^ no harm intended , though I'm glad it got this going.
What I meant is that you put your own cash toward owning a gun of the sort, and you could then informedly talk about how good or worth it is or isn't. But I'm all good with a little friendly competition.
Honestly, what I usually do is have a friends shoot a group, then I hand them mine and have them shoot a group. Usually, the first world is "wow" and the target speaks for itself, but again, I'm all up for a little friendly competition.
Beaux 'a place is Pensacola Indoor Shooting Range. Car city, Pensacola.
BTW, I am not a great shot, but I shoot better with better pistols, that's what the 1911's popularity is all about at its core, and we can almost ALL appreciate that.
so when and where? depending on how many and what time i might have a place near the paper mill in cantonment we can go. its private property so we can do whatever we want.
i get off work at 4 so one afternoon or one day on the weekend. with a little notice i can have some good bbq ready to. we usually smoke a few boston butts and some ribs when we shoot on the weekends.
Now that really sounds like a plan. I work on Sun but any other day is ok with me. Have to see what the comp says about changing shooting places. I would throw in some money for the cooken.
I have tried to keep up with this, sorry if I say something that has already been posted. It is not the trigger, slide, springs, barrel, rounds you are using or what ever else is in the firearm. It is when you pull the trigger. It is balance. If your car rides perfect today take the wheel weights off and let me know what you think. High end means specific. From the material used to the round fired, it all matters. Call Richard Childress and see if he will use a stock GM crank shaft in his race cars. You want the best open your check book. I have done it and when you pull the trigger you will know.
