Just got my boar's skull back from the taxi. Added a few 6.8 rounds in there for perspective since that's what ailed him. Came with a nice wall mount but I think it looks better on a table.

May I ask a really dumbass question?

Screw it I will anyway. I can't see detail real well on this screen. Is that hog skull done in camo or dyed, painted?

    That is sweet looking!

OK guys, between you and my neighbor I am really starting to get interested in this hog business. Doubt I could get out often but someday if I have time I'd like to go with someone even if I don't take a shot. I'd just like to see this stuff in action.

Sorry to sound like such a noob (I am), just never really been honest for gosh hunting.

Don't worry about sound like a noob. If you can shoot straight when the time presents, you can hunt. The problem is waiting until that time. I can only sit for so long before I get bored or the rhoids start acting up LOL. Sat many a time watching a 4 hour long boring story unfold with a crappy ending. It's been so long since I've been to my lease, I might need a GPS to find it again.

That dog fennel grows on almost any food plot in NW Flah-Dah. It is prolific, grows tall, and can be killed with Round-Up however you gotta soak it. AND......when you run over it with a bush hog ---> It smells exactly like the douche room of a Bangkok brothel. (Just a guess,of course)---- SAWMAN

HEY SAWMAN, have you ever tried smoking any of that DOG FENNEL :hat:

The hogs don't need floaties.... they need an ark.

My hunting stands are very close to a creek. I have not been up to the lease for about 2 weeks. I wonder what the high water has pushed out of the woods and on my cameras recently. I know some big hogs and big deer never come out of the very thick brush that borders this creek. I am interested in seeing if the critters had to move out for a while.
