We all know how this story ends. Since February of 2022, the DoD has delivered an unprecedented amount of equipment to Ukraine to fight Russians. Not that I have any confidence in the gubmint reliably doing anything, much less tracking itself.

Is there ever a government aid package or contract that large without corruption?

Either give it or not. If you do plan on there being corruption. Don’t wasn’t money trying to track it they won’t do anything about it anyway.
