Put cat food on the porch. You’ll have possums on your porch.

Closest I’ve had deer to the house is about 20 feet under a street light near our parked vehicles. They love pears and I’ve got an old gnarly pear tree that produces a decent crop every other year.

Have any pear trees planted for the deer?

No not yet. Have plum and peach though.

Dogs appear to have trackers on them. Bride said she heard em coon hunting off to the North last night. Long as they aren't there during deer season everything is good. View attachment 239875
Man that’s a bummer. Ya, hope they stay caged during deer season. But you know that saying …. shoot, shovel, shut up!
