At Academy, it’s behind the pistol counter on the rifle counter. (you have to ask)
They have signs that mention limits on powder & primers, so I asked if they actually had any in stock. Black powder only. No primers, percussion caps, or smokeless powder.

If you only had time for one stop, I’d recommend spending it (and your money) at Uber’s.

I haven't seen real black at Uber's lately, they have APP (American Pioneer Powder). Goex is not currently in production as the plant was sold and the new company has not released any powder yet. If you can't find any locally I order mine from Travellers Antiques. Go together with some other guys and split up an order. If you don't want to order I can dig around, I think I have a pound of FFF I can let go of.

Sir, are you a member of the Escambia County Gun Club, (ECGC), previously known as Escambia County Muzzleloaders Club, or the Pensacola Rifle and Pistol Club. If so, I do have a pound of 3F Goex, that I will sell to a fellow Black Powder shooter. I paid a little over $33.00 a pound with shipping and hazmat, and that is what I will sell it for to you. I will be shooting my B.P. at
ECGC, tomorrow, at apx 10:00 for a few hrs. You could meet me there, if you wish. Just let me know if you do plan to come.

I don't know about now, but I remember someone telling me you had to fill out a Federal Form when buying "True Black Powder". Kind of like a 4473.

After reading the message from Rossi. ThT was sent to you. Stating that the Buyer may, have to fill out a ATF form?? I called the Local ATF, office to find out how I can do a legal transaction. For the powder. Someone is suppose to call me back and let me know. I will contact you after they call me.

I buy online from Graf’s .Never had to fill out anything other than credit card info. Usually 10 pounds at a time. My mortars use it quickly.
