They gotta detox from heroin here first before they can hang out. But, that's mostly the white kids from Pace. Had em on all sides of me. The "kid" right next to me was 33--he was detoxing and waiting to transfer to prison for a 5 year stretch. Jail's a joke to most all of them.

Don't know why they don't just leave them in the SHU cells until they make it or don't. Then hose it out and throw the next one in. Probably a federal govt program involved in the detox effort is my guess.
