ATF is smoking rocks, I'd love to see the numbers on how many violent crimes are committed using an NFDD or easily purchased consumer grade smoke device. Even if this changed anything wouldn't criminals just resort to using low explosive black powder hand grenades or fireworks like mortars.
Speaking of just how effective would a mortar firework be indoors, or would it just cause a structure fire?
