So I found an RCBS neck sizing die with a .310 expansion plug but do not seem to be able to find the bullet seater die on its on.
To your knowledge, if I want the RCBS seater die do I have to buy the set?

I am not sure. Often one can buy such items separately.
I have a complete lee set that comes with a .310-311 expander and one for .308.

I read about that Lee set but someone said is no longer available. In fact the Lee set only comes in .308 now.

He is on a Youtube channel called PKA Clips where he talks about his short two month federal prison stint for recreational use amounts of weed. The ATF went after him hard but not much there. His business partner who was the FFL was murdered, and the case was never solved. Shortly thereafter is when they raided him. He was on top and then it all went down hill fast.
