I bagged a little buck this morning. It was the only thing our group saw moving....but not too shabby.
Picked off from a treestand at about 50 yds.

Thanks, it was on some private land near bonifay.
The ak47 is the perfect gun for the thick woods I was hunting. No recoil, and not too loud. My 7mm mag w/20x scope stayed in the truck.

Please send the top pic to Senator Nelson!!!!
It would be nice to combat some of the incorrect propaganda about these rifles....the image is free to use for anyone supporting our full second amendment rights......even though they have nothing to do with hunting.
My buddy has some better pics ....when I get them I'll post them too.

You can provide facts of hunting and personal protection uses of this weapon systems all day to the anti-gun people. The term "assault weapon" was started by the main stream news media back in the late eighties. It had never been used before that. They were called for what they are...semi-automatic rifles. The media s the true problem here and how they tell the American public(who aren't educated) in the matter of firearms. I have properly informed people/friends who weren't too educated in this matter. Especially after the school shooting in CT. And I can honestly say I have 2 more friends who are now own a firearm and shoot regularly.
We as a group need to use whatever media that is at our disposal to correctly inform people who are in our lives. It's our duty.
