I have an AR-15 pistol with a blade brace that uses a dimpled buffer tube to adjust the length. The brace came off and I tried to screw it back on but after screwing fully, the screw continues to screw in and even screwing clockwise makes the screw come out of the brace. I thought maybe it was the screw so I got a replacement but it's still not working. Is there a way to fix this or do I just need to go ahead and get a pistol buffer tube and a new brace? Sb tactical??

Sounds like the threads may be stripped if you're able to tighten all the way with no change. Not sure of a replacement for just that. I've had good luck with the SB3 braces

Have you called kak to see if they offer a replacement? I believe it's just a little clip or insert. Never had to take one out so can't be for sure. I'd at least try to get them on the phone or email them.
I'd guess this is the one you have.

If it’s the old style they had an insert you can super glue back in if the the new style it’s threaded polymer you can wrap the screw in thread tape with some Elmer’s glue and screw back in and let it set up
