410 shotgun question

Gentlemen,
Below is a picture of 410 ammunition recently purchased.
It reads “handgun” ammunition on it….is this ammo capable and/or safe to shoot out of a 20 inch barreled coach side by side (410) shotgun? Or only a handgun as stated….
The shotgun will be used as a home defense only….thank you for your response

Im sure the experts will chime in but i think it has fast burning powder to cut down on the fireball from a handgun length barrel. Should be ok in a shotgun?

Im no expert, but Id agree with this analysis - it sounds reasonable to me.

They will work in both for short distances. It has less charge so it is best used for home defense.

I have had to resort to purchasing online because most every place I go say the same thing… No 410 ammo for months now

Big J…I’m not sure how to tell…I included a pic that has what they say on the box

I used some of it in a NEF youth model that has a 22 inch barrel, it functions as intended . That ammunition has four round balls of lead.

According to the box lid, it looks like it is 4 pellets of OOO which I think is 36 caliber.
