Buy it, I have 3 boxes of ammo to sell.
From what I understand it was a way to have a tube fed lever .308 without the chance of a tubular explosion when someone puts some nato FMJ in the tube. I could be wrong but thats what I heard when they came out around 1980ish
I got a buddy that has a 94 Winchester 307, have tried to buy it in the past but he wants too much for it. I saw an old box of Winchester 307 ammo in a pawn shop in Montgomery few weeks back for $23, started to buy it just in case he makes me a better offer one day, lol
