Jabs Extreme Steel Target Challenge

Match starts: April 01, 2016 @ 7:00 AM · Match ends: April 03, 2016 @ 5:00 PM

Location: Dothan, AL

The Jabs Extreme Steel Target Challenge will be held on April 1st-3rd 2016. This match will mix two different shooting disciplines into one match. There will be 8 all steel USPSA style stages with some Steel Challenge targets mixed into the stages. Come test your skills at this match veteran shooters and new shooters alike. Try out some challenging stage designs with bonus targets. Competetors pick when to shoot. Sat AM, Sat PM, or Sun AM. Pro price is $200 per slot. Amature slots are $120. Shooters can also shoot irons and open with 2 paid slots.

USPSA level II match, with the following divisions:
Amature Open, Amature Irons, Pro Open, Pro Irons

I sent in my check last week and got approved to squad this morning. I'm going to go up there mid-day Saturday, take a look at the stages, probably eat at the cookout Saturday night, stay at a hotel nearby, shoot Sunday morning, then stick around for the prize table on Sunday afternoon.

I was going to go Days Inn or something like that, but I found an "Executive King w/ Sleeper Sofa" at La Quinta for $75 after taxes. It was the same price as all the other rooms. Looks nice enough and doesn't cost $130 like Courtyard, Hampton, etc.
