    A couple of thoughts:
    I wonder how many of these guns that are bought don’t actually make it thru the government employee’s hands to the destruction phase?
    I do believe most of them will be females bringing in inherited guns because they have no interest and don’t know what to do with them. Most would be amazed at the true value of their guns.
