The thin veneer of civilization will peal away rather quickly, and the ugliness of human nature will be fully exposed in short order. Survival of the fittest will once again be the law of the land. Those that mistakenly think the police will save them are going to be severely disappointed. Most police have families and homes of their own to protect, other people’s protection will be much less important to them. Natural selection will decide who survives and who parishes. people that think they are woke, are in for some big disappointments.

So Y'all are listening to the Scientists of archeology. These folks are rewriting History. Seems there are a lot folks rewriting American History nowadays. Guess those books about Davie, Davies, Davis Whales and America in the National Archives should be burned like they where during Adolf Hitler's times.

I don’t know, guys worrying about tanks coming down the street, guys who are going to attack you with flamethrowers! You guys are reading too many comic books and watching too many avenger movies! You worrying about the army coming and attacking you in your house? Do you really believe most officers let alone most troops would turn on the public? More likely they would shoot the people who ordered them to do that and the politicians. If that in fact did happen you aren’t going to make it no matter how much ammo you have. The more realistic thing that could happen is more of these BLM girls of antifa thugs coming into your neighborhood. When a few of them get shot and they see bold it will be over. I don’t think the police are going to be coming after you for protecting your family and home either. That would not be healthy and most of them would side with us anyway. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!

But the bottom line is that those that don't have to expend a single round shall have the best chance of survival in all scenarios. JMHO.

I'm going to side with Mooosie here. We've all written about something like this happening but it's not going to. Only tank we'll see in Crestview is parked in front of the VFW. I doubt if it has any working innards. The biggest reason we won't is because the military does not have the manpower to occupy and control the US population. The German Army in WW2 had a lot of experience with controlling hostile people and stated that it took 1 soldier to control 3 people that were actively resisting. There's about 350 million of us, that's over 100,000,000 soldiers. Ain't gonna' happen. I realize that everybody won't be belligerent but enough will be that it will be like the movie Red Dawn. They'll control the big cities (that will be tough enough) but the country folks will probably only see occasional raids, if that. I do agree that antifa and that type could cause some trouble but that really won't last long if that balloon does go up. All that being said I do urge everyone to be prepared to protect themselves and get whatever they think is appropriate for their situation. I just hope we settle the cleaning-lubrication debate so I can get in on the action!

The Germans of the today are not the same as they were then. A couple of weeks ago I was talking to a friend in germany over the phone. I Told him I would like to see the america bases removed from europe. He told me he was afraid of Putin. I saud well the germans are could at fighting. He said not anymore are the germans good soldiers and did not think they could stop the russian army.

No, they definitely ain't the same folks as the WW2 people. I also have friends over there and they say the same thing. They couldn't stop the Russians now, they didn't stop them then either. The Russians are tough. We had a training session back when I was still in the Army about the Russian invasion of Europe. Their plan was to move through the Fulda Gap and head to the Atlantic but it had to be completed in not over 10 days. That was all the resources they had plus their equipment would be worn out. We were trained to stall them so they couldn't adhere to their timetable. The instructing officers gave us little chance of pulling it off. The possible use of tactical nukes was discussed as an option but we knew where that would lead. I'm glad it never happened.
