GCGF Pensacola, Steak and Beer Jan 2013

Used to do these on a forum back in NC, everyone always had a good time. Basically, those who can meet up at a restaurant and have some steak and beer. As I am still new in town, some suggestions on where would be helpful. Post up suggestions and/or if you are interested in coming.

How about moving it into February when it's not peak of the hunting season still in Alabama? I'll be out of town the last two weekends of the month hunting in Alabama but would be interested if we could move the date into February.

The new East River Smokehouse on 98 just West of the Navarre Bridge..

I will be able to get you guys some pretty good drink specials as well.. And the food is already cheap..

I would say keep it in January, then (if it goes well) set up another one in February. Perhaps on the Mobile side of things, I know i could arrange to end my day in Mobile pretty easily.

i can reserve the island cove marina clubhouse for any weekday after 5pm or weekend anytime with some heads up.. i know it is not the most convienient for some folks way out north and east but it is free, has kitchen , pool table , grill deck , lots of parking etc..
we are required to clean up after ourselves take out trash ...
